Delivery Information
All orders placed on rydnenor.com website will be dispacted by independant carrier or Royal Mail.
For local deliveries via our own van delivery network please call our sales team on 01845574837
rydenor.com webiste orders are dispacted under the following conditions;
- UK Mainland - orders between £0 and £10 + Vat will cost £5.00 (3 - 5 day service) or £8 (Next Day Service) orders between £10 and £60.00 + VAT will cost £6.50 (3 - 5 day service) and £9.99 (Next Day Service).
- Deliveries are free for orders over £60.00 + VAT.
- Scottish Highlands/Offshore Islands/Channel Islands/Northern Ireland. Please contact us for a quote.
- Next day delivery is next working day and does not include Saturday or Sunday.
- Orders received before 1300 hours Monday - Friday will normally be dispatched the same day.
- Should any products be out of stock we will inform you immediately. Once the product is in stock these orders will be dispatched the next working day. Orders will not be dispatched until all items are in stock.
- Europe & Worldwide - please contact us for with your requirements and destination and we will supply you a quote.
- In the case of any shortages or damages you must inform the company by email or in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns
- Please inform us by telephone or email before goods are to be returned.
- Goods for refund must be returned unopened and in resaleable condition within 7 days complete with proof of purchase.
- Orders supplied to the correct customer specification must be returned at the customers expense.
- Special orders for non-stock items and items made to the customers own specification are not returnable.
